Central Chambers was originally established by Richard Laurenson in 1991 at premises at Central House, Brandon Street.  Richard was joined by Bruce Corkill in 1997.  Central Chambers moved to its present premises at Civic Assurance House in 2000 and has operated from those premises since then.  Richard and Bruce were joined by Wendy Aldred in 2013, and following Bruce’s appointment as a Judge of the Employment Court in 2014, Rachael Schmidt-McCleave joined Central Chambers.  We pride ourselves on providing clear and practical legal advice and representation to a wide range of clients.  The Chambers are expertly serviced by Cristina Wards, Richard’s personal assistant.
